HARVARD LAW SCHOOL - EXECUTIVE EDUCATION
PROGRAM ON NEGOTIATION
2021
It is the top-of-the-world program on negotiation.
Very intensive, extremely interactive, wealthy in approaches and ways.
It was a magnificent experience, sharpening the negotiation skills, enhancing repertoire and increasing awareness in several dimensions to create value through negotiations in every situation - be it successfully representing certain interests as well as advising on strategy, tactics, value-creation, or be it new approaches to classic mediation and reconciliation - be it in operating business, at business holdings levels, in public or state affairs or other situations.

Particiation in McGill University's Institute of Air & Space Law
Strategic Space Law Course 23-29 November 2020 was highly enjoyable.
Exactly 25 years after my space law classes at McGill University's Institute of Air & Space Law with Prof. Dr. Ivan Vlasic and Prof. Dr. Ram Jakhu, this was a magnificent dive into all areas of scace law - telecommunication, internet access, GPS navigation, transportation ... small and large daily items depend on satellite based space activities.
In my professional life I did work on a number of space related matters - launch agreements with Arianespace, manufacturing of satellites, manufacturing of ISS equpment such as the crew rescue vehicle, SOFIA, research agreements with ESA and NASA etc.
Returning to a strategic level in this course however was a great experience, useful refreshment and
practical supplement.
More than 125 participants from 6 continents.
